As a devoted parent who has raised two remarkable teenage boys and a former BHT who supported and watched dozens of adolescents graduate from the Nexus Teen Academy program, she embodies the values of harmony, love, and resilience. Her life and work experience has given her a unique ability to guide adolescents through their challenges with patience, understanding, and authentic compassion. Passionate about fostering trust and connection with teens and their families, she is excited to collaborate with the NexStep outpatient to create a supportive space where young people can thrive and heal. As Lead Harmony Coordinator Kelly will be focused on creating a welcoming and streamlined environment for families, clients and staff.
