Hannah graduated from Arizona State University with her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona. She began her work as a therapist 12 years ago with teens.

As a devoted parent who has raised two remarkable teenage boys and a former BHT who supported and watched dozens of adolescents graduate from the Nexus Teen Academy program, she embodies the values of harmony, love, and resilience.

Ashley is passionate about supporting teens' social, emotional, and academic growth at NexStep. As a former director of theatre and teen programs, she developed liberal arts residential summer camps for Mount Holyoke College and Bryn Mawr College.

Chris graduated from ASU with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and received his Masters in Social Work from GCU. He is currently a Licensed Master Social Worker and has spent several years helping teens and families find their motivation for change ...

With over 25 years of experience in education, Jennifer is passionate about supporting teens both academically and personally. She believes in helping teens stay connected to their learning while receiving the care they need.

Alex is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over five years of experience supporting children and teens in crisis centers, hospitals, and outpatient clinics.

Jay Gepson is the Operations Manager at NexStep Teen Academy, where she brings over a decade of hands-on experience in childcare and behavioral health.

Wanda is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Arizona and has spent the last 4 years working in community mental health and private practice settings.
