Jay Gepson is the Operations Manager at NexStep Teen Academy, where she brings over a decade of hands-on experience in childcare and behavioral health. Her professional background includes work as a registered behavior technician, case manager, and over 5 years in Operations Management, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both clinical and administrative aspects of treatment.

Jay has worked with people of all ages, all abilities, and in all different stages in life, giving her a unique lens to support the clients and families alike.  She is deeply passionate about helping children and teens grow, heal, and reach their potential—making her a vital asset to the mission and daily operations of NexStep Teen Academy.
