Amanda Mihalo, LCSW
Amanda served four years in the United States Army before earning her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and completing her Master of Social Work at the University of Southern California in 2021. She is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has spent much of her career walking alongside adolescents and families as they work toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
Amanda is deeply passionate about working with teens and honoring their resilience, creativity, and individuality. She strives to create a safe, supportive space where adolescents can explore their strengths, build healthy relationships, and develop coping skills that empower them now and throughout their lives. She specializes in supporting teens navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief or loss, helping them recognize their inherent worth and inner strength as they face life’s challenges.
As a mother of two, Amanda understands the importance of supporting the entire family system. She values connection, compassion, and open communication, and believes that healing happens most effectively when individuals and families feel seen, understood, and supported.
